HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

You can follow the footpaths through the parkland to nearby All Saints Tudeley Church with its twelve glorious stained glass windows designed by Marc Chagall or take a trip to nearby Bewl Water for sailing, windsurfing or "Go Ape" in wonderful Bedgebury Pinetum - visit historic Penshurst Place, Hever Castle, Chartwell and Scotney Castle - you really will be spoilt for choice! Also - trains take only  thirty five minutes from Tonbridge to London so where better to base your holiday in the wonderful Garden of England? Shop: 1 mile Pub: 0.2 mile Coast: 30 miles

Sitting Room is triple aspect with superb oak floorboards, lovely beams, three large sofas, two coffee tables, circular table and four chairs, a TV/DVD/Freeview and a CD player for an iPod
Kitchen/Dining Room with part brick and part oak flooring flows from the main entrance hallway and you have the choice of cooking on a splendid Aga style (Sandyford) range or combine with an electric oven, hob with extractor hood. In the original brick fireplace sits an electric "woodburning" stove next to the pine table and six chairs. The kitchen provides a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboards. Off the hallway is a Utility Area housing the washing machine and a separate Cloakroom with washbasin and w.c

All rooms have solid oak flooring and rugs and in the spacious landing is an antique marble-topped washstand.......two little steps lead to...... 
Bedroom 1 is wonderfully spacious with pretty metal double bedstead, bedside tables, original fireplace, antique chest of drawers and pine wardrobe plus a two seater sofa on which to relax. Off the hallway lies.....

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside cabinets, an occasional table, chest of drawers with mirror over and a wardrobe 
Bedroom 3 has a double bed nestling under the beams, bedside cabinet and a small dressing table
Bathroom is lovely, with amazing views over the rolling parkland and has a bath with hand-held "telephone" style shower attachment, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c

Garden: Patio and lawned area overlooking the parkland with garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: Ample parking directly beside the property.
Heating: Oil central heating plus electric woodburner.
