The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

This superb detached Victorian town house - just yards from the sea, has wonderfully proportioned rooms with high ceilings making it very light and spacious. Beautifully renovated with great attention to detail - many original features have been retained and the eclectic mix of contemporary and period furniture and original artwork adds great charm to this elegant house.  Ramsgate has a great maritime history - the only Royal Harbour in England - and bang up to date, has hosted the Powerboat and European Waterski championships. In the nearby marina are a selection of pavement cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants and the high street offers a modern supermarket, butchers and greengrocers for all your needs. Sitting Room with large bay window has a decorative fireplace with electric fire, a three seater and two seater sofa, armchair and two wicker chairs. There is a coffee table, and a TV with DVD.
Dining Room with table and chairs to seat eight, well stocked book case also storing board games, period sideboard with hidden drinks compartment and views to the back garden through the almost floor to ceiling sash window. A 1930's Art Deco fireplace is also a quirky feature
Lobby housing washing machine in one recess and tumble dryer in the other
Kitchen has a tiled floor with under-floor heating, contemporary oak and stainless steel units, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a wonderful antique bench, table and chairs and the comprehensive range of crockery is stored in an oak dresser. There is a door leading to a separate w.c and to the garden

There is a king-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe with clothes hanging and shelving plus two comfortable chairs. The art deco fireplace adds a touch of history whilst the low voltage lighting gives a modern feel

Bedroom 4
is very spacious with twin beds, bedside tables, chests of drawers and chair . Off this lies a large carpeted landing housing a small wardrobe and travel cot

Parking: Free on street parking directly outside the property.
Heating: Gas central heating.
