We have offices in both Kent and Sussex. Not only do we know the counties very well but all our staff reside there as well... this gives us local knowledge, passion for the counties and an unrivalled ability to help our customers get the cottage holiday they really want!

Kent Office in Cranbrook

Our Cranbrook office enjoys a prime location on the popular and bustling High Street – home to a wide variety of speciality shops, pubs and even a Michelin star restaurant. The pretty bay window of our Grade II Listed building is a great way to showcase the fantastic self catering cottages we market and has a quarterly theme to ring the changes.

The reservations team occupy the ground floor – led by Kate and they greet new customers and prospective homeowners face to face as they pop in for information. Local homeowners enjoy popping in for a chat – sometimes for a quick cup of tea too! In the summer - when lunchtime comes around – our sun-trap courtyard beckons – a great place to recharge your batteries for the busy afternoon ahead.

Sussex Office in Hove

Our other office is in Hove on the Sussex coast. This is our newer office and represents our push to increase our portfolio throughout Sussex. Hove is an ideal base for this as it sits between Brighton and Shoreham which are very well known UK holiday destinations. The office is located on Church Road which is a short walk to the beach, which makes a Fish and Chip lunch on the beach a very tempting proposition!

Our team in Sussex will be looking after homeowners as well as holiday home reservations. Our General Manager, Jean, will be using the Sussex office as her main base as she is a Sussex resident. The Hove office is easy to find and our team will be able to tell you the best places to visit when on the coast or in fact across the whole region.

Having our offices in the counties and just travelling to and from work really makes you appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. It really isn't surprising that people want to holiday here and enjoy beautiful self catering cottages set amongst lush green countryside or along the chic coastal towns.
